TalentVector is the market-facing brand and trade name of EdMyst Inc. References to “TalentVector,” “we,” “us,” or “our” in these Terms mean EdMyst Inc. d/b/a TalentVector.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using the TalentVector platform, including www.talentvector.com, and related applications or services provided by EdMyst Inc. d/b/a TalentVector. By accessing or using our website and/or app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our website and/or app.
2. Content
Our Service enables you to post, link, store, share, and make available various information, text, graphics, videos, or other materials ("Content"). You are solely responsible for the Content you post on the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

4. Accounts
When creating an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failing to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms, which may result in account termination.
You are responsible for protecting your account password and for all actions taken under your account. Do not share your password with third parties. Inform us immediately of any security breach or unauthorized account use.
You are also responsible for all activities conducted through your account, including any use of AI-enabled features.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You shall not use the Service in a manner that is unlawful, harmful, discriminatory, or misleading, including misuse of AI-generated outputs or features.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service’s original content, features, functionality, underlying systems, models, methodologies, trademarks, and trade dress remain the exclusive property of EdMyst Inc. d/b/a TalentVector and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress, including the TalentVector brand, may not be used without prior written consent from EdMyst Inc. d/b/a TalentVector. AI-generated outputs may be subject to limitations and are provided for use in connection with the Service. TalentVector retains rights to underlying systems, models, and methodologies used to generate such outputs.
7. Links to Other Web Sites
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services not controlled by TalentVector. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party sites. Use of third-party sites is subject to their terms and conditions.
Use of payment gateways or other third-party services made available through the Service is subject to the applicable third party’s terms and policies. TalentVector is not responsible for the conduct of its users on third-party sites or payment portals. Any interactions with third-party services may involve the processing of personal data under their respective policies.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts immediately for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, access to the Service and associated data may be restricted or removed in accordance with applicable agreements and data retention policies.

EdMyst Inc. d/b/a TalentVector and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from using or being unable to use the Service, or from third-party content on the Service. This includes any reliance on AI-generated outputs, recommendations, or assessments provided through the Service.

Your use of the Service is at your own risk. The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:
- (a)the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location;
- (b)any errors or defects will be corrected;
- (c)the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or
- (d)the results of using the Service, including AI-assisted outputs, will meet your requirements or expectations.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws specified in the applicable Agreement or, where not specified, the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through the appropriate legal channels.
12. Data Protection and Privacy
Use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, Data Processing Addendum, Cookie Policy, and AI Disclosure Notice. Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
13. Human Oversight
The Service is designed to support, not replace, human decision-making. Users are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before relying on them.
14. Changes
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Major revisions will be communicated with 30-day notice. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, subject to applicable law.
