Customer context
A transformation agenda needed better talent evidence.
The organization is a global enterprise with more than 3,000 employees across leadership, professional, technical, and operational roles. Preparing for a major enterprise transformation, it needed to hire future-ready leaders and critical talent faster.
It also needed stronger evidence behind each hire: technical capability, behavioral attributes, communication effectiveness, experience, and role alignment.
The challenge
Long hiring cycles and late validation slowed critical hiring.
Hiring cycles averaged two to three months, and only 5% of candidates converted to hires. Candidate capability was often validated too late, so recruiters and hiring managers spent significant time on candidates who did not meet critical requirements.

The TalentVector workflow
TalentVector moved validation to the front of the process.
Role-specific technical and capability checks ran before final interviews, through structured screening and assessment workflows.
Validate earlier
Role-specific screening and assessment workflows moved evidence collection before final interviews.
Compare on evidence
Recruiters and hiring managers reviewed structured signals across skills, behavior, communication, and fit.
Reuse talent intelligence
Validated signals were retained for future hiring and workforce development decisions.

Glass Box decision support
Every recommendation is traceable to the evidence behind it, and people, not the platform, make the decisions. Human approval remained at every final decision point.

| Metric | Baseline | After TalentVector | Impact |
|---|---|---|---|
| Hiring conversion rate | 5% | 50% | 10X improvement |
| Average hiring cycle time | 2-3 months | Under 1 week | >60% reduction |
| Quality of talent intake | No formal pre-deployment metric | 3X improvement, customer-reported | Stronger quality and role alignment |
The 3X quality improvement was reported by the customer; no formal pre-deployment measurement baseline was established, so it is not an independently calculated statistical comparison. Hires rose from a prior reference point of 20 to 87 over the comparable period.
Expansion
The hiring win expanded into workforce development.
The hiring results encouraged the organization to expand TalentVector into a workforce development program with a scope of approximately 3,000 employees. The validated talent signals created during hiring became the starting point for development.
The program identifies role-specific development needs, compares employee capability with role expectations, and prioritizes the skills and behaviors linked to enterprise transformation. It automatically generates targeted Individual Development Plans, recommending learning, coaching, simulations, stretch assignments, and on-the-job development.
| Measure | Phase 1 result | Business significance |
|---|---|---|
| Employees covered | 900 | Development at scale, not a pilot sample |
| Evaluation completion | More than 90% - over 810 employees - in under two weeks | High adoption without prolonged disruption |
| Role-specific evaluations | 100% of employees who completed | Capability measured against actual role expectations |
| Targeted IDPs | 100% of employees who completed | Development tied to identified needs, not generic learning |
Targeted IDPs are based on role-specific capability requirements and identified development needs. 3,000 employees are in the broader program scope; 900 were covered in Phase 1.
